Your week retreat
This retreat will run Saturday to Saturday, March 15-22, 2025. Your week includes 2 yoga classes per day, 3 organic, locally sourced produce (vegetarian options) meals, and accommodations.
This year we are happy to offer private and shared rooms. If you're coming and sharing space with someone, please select the additional person option as rooms are priced for one individual. Additional cost covers accommodation, food, yoga and taxes for person 2.
Nosara is deep in the heart of the blue zone and one of the five blue zones in the world. Costa Ricans fully believe in living life to the fullest with the smallest global footprint, and this resort center has it all. A private pool, secluded rooms with amazing bedding, showers and all rooms come with AC. Nature and wildlife are around every corner and you are just a 5-10 minute walk from the beach (or tuk-tuk ride).
Take a surf lesson, learn spanish, ride horses, paddleboard, go on an eco-nature hike or take a tour into the heart of the rainforest (a full day tour). Be amazed with the family of howler monkeys that live on property (and make guest appearances throughout yoga practices)!
Not included in the cost is airfare, transportation to and from Liberia (about $40/each way), excursions, spa treatments or incidentals.
Refund policy:
Full refund (100%) prior to October 15, 2024.
Partial refund (50%) prior to December 31, 2024.
No refunds after January 01, 2025.
All refunds are subject to a $200 administration fee.
