Service Description
Have you ever been the new student? Not quiet sure what the teacher was saying at the front of the room or what the heck those poses were?! And what about my breath?! If you've been too intimated to try yoga because you didn't think you'd fit in or look the part, this is the workshop for you! Join us for this workshop Jan 11, 2025 from 12-3pm. We'll cover some of the basics of yoga, poses and breath. There will be lots of time for questions throughout, so come with an open mind and heart! $55

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
