What to Bring • Curiosity to learn something new • Plain water to drink, this helps energy move in the body • Pen or pencil for taking notes on your handout About Your Instructor Claire Eby is an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner and an Energy Medicine Yoga Teacher. Claire fell in love with the Eden Method because of its accessiblilty and emphasis on self-healing. Eden Energy Medicine is based on the premise that healthy energies = healthy body. It combines concepts and procedures from ancient healing and spiritual traditions with contemporary scientific understanding of health and healing. Claire teaches at Buka Yoga on Wednesdays and Thursdays to bring energy medicine into the studio, however this workshop will dive much deeper into techniques that we can’t cover in a yoga class.
