Let's celebrate the entrance of 2025! This is our flagstone workshop every January to usher in the new year and let go of the last year. We'll do some light yoga practice to set our mind and body together, create intentions for the year and end with a Yoga Nidra.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
