Join us as we flow our way into motherhood! Our prenatal workshop offering will include a focus on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of mama as she ventures into the world of Matrescence. We can’t wait to share this divinely feminine space with our growing community of new and veteran mamas. Our flow and content will be appropriate for all yogini levels! After an extremely hard pregnancy and an absolutely incredible labor & birth experience, Mara knew that empowering women to have the pregnancy, birth, and motherhood of their dreams is exactly what she is made for. She holds a Masters in Public Health with a focus in Health Education, a dense knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, over 10 years of health coaching experience, a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Certification, and an 85-hr Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Certification. Most importantly- she holds space for all Mamas.
