Service Description
Join Brooke every Monday through December 2022 for a free 15 minute guided meditation. This meditation will help get you settled for the week. Some journal prompts will be provided. Each class will be recorded and shared after for anyone that can’t make the time work live. This is an online only class, so please be ready to meditation in a comfortable place in your home or office space.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
