Service Description
Start your week off right and get inspired! This class has everything you need to decompress and refill your energetic cup. We'll practice a mix of breath techniques, somatic and energetic work, and other stress-relieving modalities to help you face the challenges of life and heal. In each class we'll connect our breath to short, creative vinyasa sequences set to upbeat playlists that truly feel like a flowing, moving meditation. Functional movement patterns will be offered to improve mobility, balance and coordination. Class typically concludes with a short guided meditation or Yoga Nidra to help you find contentment, inspiration and inner peace. All levels welcome! As always, it's your practice. Modifications will be provided and you'll be encouraged to take what you need.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
