Join Tri Resonance and Buka Yoga for Vibrations of Kindness - A heart Centered Sound Bath that promises to be a deeply restorative group sound bath designed to invite in loving kindness along with nurturing your body, mind, and spirit. 2/22/25 from 3:00–4:15 PM at Buka Yoga. Filly will immerse you in the soothing vibrations and resonance of gentle gongs, crystal and metal singing bowls, and a delicate chime. This intentional soundscape will guide you into a state of profound relaxation, while a Loving Kindness meditation fosters connection, compassion, and self-love. Let the healing vibrations calm your nervous system, align your energy, and open your heart. No experience necessary—just bring your presence, and let the sounds carry you into a peaceful and transformative state. Spaces are limited. Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
